Altapyne™ M-38 is a medium colored distilled tall oil (DTO) containing fatty acids and approximately 40% rosin. Altapyne M-38 offers economy and improved quality in fatty acid applications where high rosin content enhances product performance in metalworking fluids.
Altapyne™ M-28B is a medium colored distilled tall oil (DTO), containing fatty acids and approximately 28% rosin. Altapyne M-28B is used as an emulsifier for metalworking fluids and an asphalt emulsion additive.
Tagat® O V is a liquid, non-ionic glycerol – mono/dioleate emulsifier. Tegin O V is used as an emulsifier in a wide range of applications such as metalworking fluids, concrete release agents and agrochemicals. For metalworking fluid applications, Tegin O V is primarily used as a co-emulsifier in combination with more hydrophilic emulsifiers, such as Tagat® V 20 and Tagat® TO V, for the formulation of environmentally friendly fluids based on vegetable and synthetic ester oils, as well as combinations of these oils with mineral oils.
