TJ Haas joined the Sea-Land team in 2014. He currently serves as Sea-Land’s HI&I Industry Manager and Senior Account Manager for the Midwest Region, working with clients in Kansas, Missouri, Chicago, and Southern Illinois. With over 15 years of experience in account management, TJ has a strong track record across diverse sectors, including personal care, industrial, household, lubricants, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, paint and coatings, rubber, and agriculture. Notably, he recently served as the Chairman of the Chicago Section of STLE (Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers).

TJ is a proud alumnus of Lewis University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree and actively participated in the tennis team. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys supporting his children’s activities, traveling with his family, and engaging in competitive sports.
