Songnox® L101

Songnox® L101 is a high molecular weight phenolic antioxidant for lubricants. Songnox L101 is an ashless solid with extremely low volatility that provides superior thermal stability over conventional phenolic antioxidants. The product also permits reduced losses under high temperature operating conditions. Songnox® L101 main applications include synthetic lubricants and greases for high temperatures while also finding use in compressor oils, gear oils and turbine oils. Songnox L101 is approved by the NSF/FDA for use in blending food grade lubricants with incidental food contact, at a level not to exceed 0.5% by weight.
